THE MORE I try to work with this software, the less I like it. (I have been so very patient. I've been trying to do something -- anything -- with it for about three years, but it still makes nearly no sense.)

There is no point in watching videos if your customer service is absolutely horrible. I was with On1 from the day you started as a tiny plug-in. Now, you are more expensive than photoshop and Adobe will speak with customers about their concerns.

Since it's a layer, why can't I now have warping for alignment on a path, and transform to warp the text?

1:33 On1 created a totally different face with different facial expression unfortunatelly. 😵 3:42 same here, different facial features. You could see it more, if you use it on a member of your family.

On1 Photo Raw actions tints my photos with pink and purple colors, and I can't find the answers why it is happening, it is a color calibration problem or video card problem. My only workaround is to tint it greenier on the Tone & Color panel.

I finally got to play with photo raw 2024 and there are some things I wish you would fix. Can you please make an updated video on using the print feature where on1 manages colors? I will do the update and hope that crashing is better, my computer is not that old with plenty of RAM and processor speed.

I don't know what goes wrong. I'm trying the test version before I decide whether to buy or not. But, each time my laptop freezes. I do sharpening and can't do anything anymore. Then I try to reset the sharpening, and my laptop freezes, showing "Progress - Preparing to edit - Rendering". On1 seems unworkable on my laptop, even when I bought a new one, and taking into account the requirements. And a cancel option on those progress pop-ups is no option. I spend hours to do a few pictures.

So, after suffering with this upgrade I reached out to support. As always they responded quickly. However, this time with bad news. My computer doesn't meet the minimum requirements. I'm left to download a previous version or look for a new editor.

It might be FAST for you, but you don't give your computer's spec. Several operations are slow on my machine, such as Brilliance Ai and Portrait. Brilliance Ai is just about instant on your computer.

Im really on the fence between On1 and Capture One since I really do not appreciate the subscription Adobe enforces on all their apps. I’m already using affinity but now looking for a Lightroom replacement

I have a layer, ON TOP, like your person, but it is a NOMB. ON1 won't detect it as anything, just other stuff around. How can I target just the nomb, select paint it in, like you did, and start painting away to show the background? anyone? tia

Just canceled my subscription on LR because I don't want to pay a monthly subscription for LR. ON1 Photo RAW is great and you can buy it! I also like the library manager! Watching all these kind of short tutorials convinces me even more to buy ON1!

Can I batch edit photos so it puts a favorite border around and auto saves to a location and file of my choice?

I just got started in Photography and this video convinced me to Purchase On1 instead of Lightroom. I cant stand subscription fees!!

What I hate about ON1 are the sidecar files! I want it all in one big file like LR or Luminar. Still can't decide which software to get??? Luminar, LR or ON1 What would be your advice?

If you ONLY use Collections to put copies of images into Adobe Cloud .. should you still migrate Collections?

Thanks for the video. I was thinking of getting this program. But it' take all the artistry out of photos. AI is not the same as me changing things. How do you get a sense of accomplishment if you let the computer do everything? I want to make each adjustment, no more and no less than Lightroom allows. You creating lazy photographers. I will continue my search for a basic photo editing program that's like Lightroom but not like Photoshop.

Mais vous avez un service client bien particulier, qui ne transmet jamais aucune information et qui ferme les sujets au fur et à mesure. Ce qui fait que même si on se plaint ça ne va jamais plus loin. Vous avez quelques personnes qui règnent sur le service client. Je pense qu'il y a aucun responsable qui se rend compte de ce qui se passe de leur comportement puisque c'est eux qui règne. Je poste ce commentaire juste pour me rendre compte si c'est votre société qui est comme cela ou juste quelques personnes malveillantes

Downloaded the trial version a few days ago and loved it- so I bought the license today! I've used Lightroom for years but wanted to support someone else. Looking forward to diving into the program so I'll be watching a lot of these videos. Thanks for a great product.

This recent upgrade is fantastic compared to 2024.3 which was super slow on my Mac mini. One question: what is the “Installing assets” box on the lower right of the On1 Photo Raw screen? The bar never ceases to pulsate… Thanks in advance!
